Sarah, the daughter of Bishop TD Jakes wed in a lavish ceremony in Texas. Bishop Jakes shared a few photos from Sarah's Big Day on his blog. He gives a great perspective from a daddy on his blog that is very touching-to hear a daddy share his thoughts on all things wedding. A recap of the wedding was aired on Entertainment Tonight yesterday (June 24). She was a very beautiful bride.

Reportedly, my [fantasy] BFF Beyonce' Knowles and her longtime beau, Jay-Z wed in a private ceremony on yesterday in New York City. YAYY (if it's really true). Hopefully, we'll get to see some pictures of the two really soon and details about the star-studded ceremony and reception will be revealed for us all to see. According to People Magazine: Beyoncé and Jay-Z arrived at Scarsdale Village Hall shortly after it opened at 9 a.m on Tuesday to get their marriage license. "It was just the two of them," an eyewitness tells PEOPLE. "They were very polite and smiling as they filled out the paperwork. They were holding hands for a while. They looked really happy."

Earlier this month, I posted about the "suspected" nuptials of Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds. Well, come to find out that the two never really had an official legally binding ceremony, it was a commitment ceremony. While we were probably sleeping the late night entertaining off, Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds said "I Do" on New Year's Day. According to CNN.com, the couple wed on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia. Hmmm...wonder what those wedding pictures look like. Hopefully, we all can see them soon.
